If you have received communications from ANZ linking you to this website to redeem Velocity points, you have applied for, been approved and met the eligibility criteria (including any qualifying spend where applicable) of an ANZ Rewards credit card as part of a special promotion or offer. The communication you received will have a claim code to redeem your bonus Velocity points. This claim code, your Velocity membership number, your email address and acceptance of these terms and conditions must be provided to commence the redemption process on this website. You will need to complete the redemption process on this website in order for your bonus Velocity Points to be credited to your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership account.

Each claim code must be redeemed for Velocity Points only and can only be redeemed once per eligible credit card.

Your bonus Velocity Points will usually be credited to your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership account within 24 hours of completing the redemption process on this website (subject to outages or unforeseen connectivity issues).

Digital Glue Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 127 466 899) (“Digital Glue”) is a rewards redemption provider under contract with ANZ.

ANZ, Digital Glue and Velocity are committed to safeguarding the information you provide. When you redeem your claim code, ANZ, Digital Glue and Velocity collect information required to administer the delivery of points to your Velocity membership account.

Reward Points accrue in accordance with the ANZ Rewards – Rewards Program Terms and Conditions booklet (or please call 13 13 14 for a copy). Purchases which are not eligible to earn Rewards Points are described in the ANZ Rewards – Rewards Program Terms and Conditions booklet, e.g. fees, cash, cash equivalent transactions, balance transfers and transactions for gambling or gaming purposes will not earn Reward Points
